Their collaboration with Lady Gaga on Sour Candy in 2020, earned them a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 at #33, making them the highest-charting girl group on the most notable singles chart in the US. BLACKPINK was the first K-Pop group to hit the 鈥渙ne billion views鈥 mark with the music video of their single, DDU-DU DDU-DU. It鈥檚 been four years, and this video is still amassing massive views as it鈥檚 currently at 1.9 billion views. Fun fact: former label mate, PSY, was the first-ever to hit YouTube’s 鈥淏illion Views鈥 Club with Gangnam Style.
First K-Pop girl group to be certified by the RIAA
DDU-DU DDU-DU was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America in 2019, making BLACKPINK the first K-Pop girl group to be certified by the RIAA.

Guinness Book of World Records
The music video for their song, How You Like That, holds the Guinness world record for the “most viewed music video by a Korean act in 24 hours”. Their live rendition of the song was also acclaimed as one of the most viewed live videos in 2020. In total, they鈥檝e broken three records, all of which were previously held by K-Pop boy band, BTS.

When they released Kill This Love in 2019, fans showed their support for the quartet by making sure it charted #3 on the iTunes chart.
