Movies like 2009’s The Figurine showed that audiences were willing to pay for quality movies and this made (some) movie makers step their game up.

It’s been a long-ass decade but we’ve put together a list of what we think were the best (and most influential) films of the 2010s, and we’ve brought you all here today to look at that list and hopefully disagree with it in some way.

Let’s get into it:

1) Ij茅: The Journey (2010)

This film reunited the dream team of Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde and Genevieve Nnaji (for the first time since 2003’s Blood Sisters). The story of Chioma (Genevieve) travelling to the US to help her sister, Anya (Omotola) 鈥 who is being charged with the murder of her husband and two other men 鈥 addressed important themes such as love, racism, culture, stigma, and life as an immigrant in a foreign country.

2) Phone Swap (2012)

Using a simple premise, Kunle Afolayan made one of the best romantic comedies in Nollywood’s history without all the tired tropes. Mary, a warm-hearted fashion designer (played by Nse Ikpe Etim) and Akin, an arrogant and bossy business executive (played by Wale Ojo) accidentally switch phones at a busy airport, leading to a swap in their flight destinations. They realize this too late and spend the movie working together to complete each other’s important assignments, which leads to a lot of personal growth for both of them.

3) Mr & Mrs (2012)

Sorry, Scarlett Johannson and Adam Driver. But Nse Ikpe Etim and Joseph Benjamin were the first to hurl insults at each other in this romantic drama film that chronicled the crumble and eventual rehabilitation of the most troubled marriage this side of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolfe. The film started much-needed conversations about relationship dynamics and picked up five nominations at the AMAAs.

4) Isoken (2017)

This romantic comedy is about a beautiful and successful woman named Isoken (played by Dakore Egbuson) who unfortunately lives in Nigeria (i.e a marriage-obsessed society), meaning that she’s constantly reminded that she’s an unmarried 34-year-old. At her younger sister’s wedding, her mother tried to matchmake her with Osaze (Joseph Benjamin) but she meets and quickly falls for a white guy named Kevin (played by Marc Rhys). While exploring cultural expectations and racial stereotypes, hilarious hijinks ensure.

5) October 1st (2014)

A dark thriller period piece, this film about a police officer posted to a remote village to solve the mystery behind a string of female murders was met with critical acclaim for its costumes and production design. It was also praised for how it tackled themes like tribalism, western imperialism, and Nigeria’s unification.

6) King of Boys (2018)

“King of Boys聽tells the story of Alhaja Eniola Salami (played by聽Sola Sobowale), a businesswoman and philanthropist with and a promising political future. She is drawn into a struggle for power which in turn threatens everything around her as a result of her growing political ambitions. To come out of this on top, she is caught up in a game of trust, not knowing who to really look up to and this leads to her ruthlessness.”

Not many people would tackle a three-hour-long political thriller for their sophomore directorial effort but Kemi Adetiba did and crushed it. Along with an ensemble cast who brought its A-game and a captivating story, Adetiba made a movie that has no doubt secured its place in the halls of Nollywood classics.

7) Lion Heart (2018)

Overly familiar storyline aside, Genevieve’s directorial debut was a masterclass in filmmaking. Terrific performances and strong messages about family, perseverance, and female empowerment are also cherries on top of the delightful sundae that is this film.

8) Living in Bondage: Breaking Free (2019)

We already said all we could about this movie in our official review.

9) Wedding Party (2016)

The makers of the Wedding Party must’ve done something right because it quickly became the highest-grossing Nollywood movie of all time, a record which was then broken by its sequel a year later. It single-handedly kick-started the “ensemble rom-com” trend in Nollywood and we haven’t heard word since.

10) 76 (2016)

“Set six years after the聽civil war, a young officer from the聽Middle Belt聽gets into a romantic relationship with an聽O-level聽student from the聽South-eastern region. However, their relationship is strained by constant military postings. The soldier gets accused of being involved in the unsuccessful 1976 military coup and assassination of General聽Murtala Mohammed, and the heavily pregnant wife gets entangled in an emotional dilemma.”

10 Nigerian Political Feuds Of The Decade /life/10-nigerian-political-feuds-of-the-decade/ Thu, 05 Dec 2019 15:06:43 +0000 /?p=161639 It’s almost the end of the 2010’s and there’s been enough gist in Nigerian politics within this era to keep us intrigued, from the political scandals to the rumors and even the feuds.

Therefore, we’ve decided to jog your memory of the disagreement and grudges that have occurred in the Nigerian government before this decade wraps up. So here’s a list of some of them, from the old to the new:

1) Obasanjo vs Atiku (2003-2018):

We’re not exactly sure what started this grudge but we know it started long before this decade and it got former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, promising that he would never endorse Atiku Abubakar for presidency in Nigeria.

This remained a thing when Obasanjo saw the light somehow and decided to forgive his former VP because, according to him, Atiku was remorseful about his old ways. I guess trying to get Buhari out was bigger than any old disagreement.

2) Dino Melaye vs Everyone (2010-present):

Who hasn’t Dino offended or picked a fight with? From his political party defection, which caused a rift between him and many of his former APC members, to his fallout with Yahaya Bello, Kogi State Governor and let’s not forget his very public declaration that he would love to beat and possibly impregnate Senator Remi Tinubu.

Dino has been known to put his foot in his mouth one too many times, this in turn gets him on the wrong side of many people.

3) APC vs PDP (2013-present):

Even though the All Progressives Congress political party is just 6 years old many Nigerians think of it as an old party, possibly because it is an (who still remembers ACN?).

Considering the combined strength and countless party switching during that time, it is no wonder that APC refuses to let PDP be, especially now that it is the ruling party.

The People’s Democratic Party is arguably one of the oldest political party in Nigeria and one of the strongest (forget all that story about the multi-party system you learnt in school) but it seems to have met its match in APC.

4) Buhari vs Nigerians (2015-present):

Daddy Bubu stormed into the presidency in 2015, displeasing many Nigerians with a number of his policies, from the , to cutting off to people schooling abroad, removing fuel subsidy and a whole lot more.

There’s also been a lot of push-back from Nigerians over things Buhari’s government planned to establish this year. Remember RUGA program and the hate speech bill? Yeah those.

5) Ambode vs Tinubu (2018):

Somehow Akinwunmi Ambode, former Governor of Lagos State, stepped on the tail of a ‘lion’ and learnt the hard way that the lion’s roar is scarier than he thought. For some reason, Ambode was rumored to have offended quite a lot of people and he got his ass bit because of it.

Apparently, this led to his with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who declared Ambode a person non grata because, according to him, Ambode was and needed to be reprimanded for it. Which is why Ambode as governor to who became APC’s choice for the Lagos governorship instead of him.

6) Atiku vs Buhari (2019):

Remember this video clip of Atiku when he got the nomination form from his party? If only he knew he was going to cry few months down the line when Buhari got elected again to the disbelieve of many Nigerians.

What’s more? Atiku was made to feel insignificant with the way his case was out of court, added with President Buhari’s .

7) Emir of Kano vs Governor Ganduje (2019):

Abudullahi Umar Ganduje, Governor of Kano, dislikes the Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, and is doing everything within his power to show his displeasure. He’s been trying to belittle the power that the Kano monarch has by creating that would ultimately reduce the influence of the Emir.

The power tussle was so fierce that even President Buhari, Aliko Dangote and Kayode Fayemi had to , to calm the waters. That worked, for a while, until Ganduje reared his head again and allegedly attempted to Emir Sanusi,

Why does Ganduje hate Emir Sanusi so much? Well, he believes that the monarch was badmouthing him which was why he almost lost the election for his second term as governor, so he came back with a vengeance and whether the or not. He’s out for blood, and he wants Sanusi’s.

8) Wike vs Rivers State Monarchs (2019):

Nyesom Wike, Rivers State Governor, really came for the monarchs in his state in his ongoing tenure. According to him, they are the reason behind cultism in Rivers and the best way to curtail it is to cut off the head, hence the monarchs who aid and abet cultists.

9) Oyegun vs Oshiomole (2019):

Okay, nobody really knows why these two have it out for each other but it might be because John Odigie-Oyegun, Oshomole’s predecessor, called Adams Oshomole 鈥揂PC Chairman鈥 over the way he’s been handling Godwin Obaseki, the current Edo State Governor.

10) Buhari vs Osinbajo (2019):

This feud has left us guessing. There’s been a lot of hearsays from both parties and quite a lot of cloaked underground happenings that often leave Nigerians dazed and wondering wtf is actually going on, since nobody will tell us anything.

However, they’ve been some red flags that spotlights this issue. Like when President Buhari subtly kicked his Vice, Yemi Osinbajo, to the curb by setting up an , without informing Osinbajo who had a similar committee already in place. There was also that one time, recently, when Buhari (35 of them) without his consent.

There’s been several reports that a “” seeks to undermine Osinbajo’s authority. Despite the rumours, mud slinging and counter accusations that have been made we still don’t know what’s going on in Aso Rock, so na to siddon look we dey so.

Know more feuds that we didn’t mention? Drop a comment below and show us the light!

The 10 Best (And Most Impactful) Nigerian Songs Of The 2010s /pop/the-10-best-and-most-impactful-nigerian-songs-of-the-2010s/ Wed, 04 Dec 2019 10:13:46 +0000 /?p=161544 A few weeks ago, we shared the 10 best Nigerian albums of the 2010s, and now we’re back with the solo tracks that helped shaped the decade. Our picks for this list are the very best songs that defined careers, reinvigorated genres, and travelled far beyond our borders.

Ice Prince 鈥 “Oleku” ft. Brymo (2010)

Thanks to one of the decade鈥檚 greatest choruses, courtesy of Brymo, Ice Prince landed what has to be the most impactful Nigerian rap song of all time. For a genre that rarely gets mainstream love, 鈥淥leku鈥 set the standard for just how high a hip-hop song can fly.

Yemi Alade 鈥 “Johnny” (2013)

The YouTube comments section of Yemi Alade’s monster hit, “Johnny” is littered with fans from every corner of the world. The anthemic track about an unfaithful partner might just be the most far-reaching Nigerian song of the decade.

Wizkid 鈥 “Ojuelegba” (2014)

Wizkid has dropped many defining hits in the span of his illustrious career, but Ojuelegba鈥, the decade鈥檚 greatest come-up song, remains his magnum opus. Even , which features the one-two punch of Drake and Skepta, still can鈥檛 hold a candle to the epic original.

Adekunle Gold 鈥 “Sade” (2015)

Before its reworked version became Adekunle Gold鈥檚 breakout hit, 鈥淪ade鈥 was simply the singer鈥檚 refreshing take on One Direction鈥檚 鈥淪tory Of My Life鈥. The fact that a refix received so much radio play and fan love remains one of the decade鈥檚 most pleasant surprises.

Tekno 鈥 “Pana” (2016)

Very few Nigerian artists understand the art of crafting earworms quite like Tekno, and the track that finds him utilising that ability to full effect is his 2016 love song, 鈥淧ana鈥. As one of afropop鈥檚 most visible hits, it played a huge part in boosting the genre鈥檚 global appeal.

Runtown 鈥 “Mad Over You” (2016)

Mad Over You鈥, Runtown鈥檚 love letter to Ghana 鈥 its women, food and sound 鈥 was not only one of the biggest songs of both 2016 and 2017, but it also sparked an essential conversation about appreciation vs. appropriation within the African music scene.

Davido 鈥 “If” (2017)

2017 was the year of Davido鈥檚 awe-inspiring resurgence, and it was all thanks to one perfectly executed hit. Following the disappointing, the afropop star returned with the Tekno-produced 鈥淚f鈥 鈥 a powerhouse love song that helped course-correct his entire career.

Niniola 鈥 “Maradona” (2017)

The reach of Niniola鈥檚 鈥淢aradona鈥, her breakout track about a shitty partner, feels limitless. The afro-house banger became a , got remixed by, and even recently got

Burna Boy 鈥 “Ye” (2018)

鈥淚 can鈥檛 come and kill myself鈥, Burna Boy sings on the second verse of 鈥淵e鈥 鈥 a standout off his 2018 mixtape, Outside. That very relatable line is what helped take the Phantom-produced track from just a seriously catchy hit into what many dubbed Nigeria鈥檚 unofficial national anthem.

Rema 鈥 “Dumebi” (2019)

More than any other year this decade, most of the biggest and best songs that dropped in 2019 were helmed by newcomers, with the strongest of the lot being Rema鈥檚 astonishing 鈥淒umebi鈥. It helped herald the fast-rising 19-year-old as the future of afropop.

10 Biggest Political Scandals Of The 2010s /citizen/10-biggest-political-scandals-of-the-2010s/ Wed, 20 Nov 2019 16:26:48 +0000 /?p=159635 Politics in Nigeria is so dramatic so we decided to pick out from the pool of mayhem and shenanigans that happened throughout the decade to bring y’all the award winning performance of the nation’s politicking sagas.

Trust me, it was pretty hard trying to figure out which of the many dramas that occurred throughout the 2010s should make this list, but here are some of the more interesting ones:

1) Dino Melaye On The Dimeji Bankole Impeachment Saga (2010):

Although we are not giving any prizes, Dino Melaye is our favorite and most entertaining politician of the decade; he’s been a trouble maker and a trendsetter in politics for as long as he’s been a politician.

Going as far back as when Dimeji Bankole was the Speaker of the House of Representatives in 2010, Dino was one of the reps that caused quite a raucous at the house when a motion was raised to impeach Bankole, who was seated calmly, watching chaos unfold right in front of him.

2) Pandemonium In Rivers State Assembly (2013):

Rivers state has always been a hot region but the intensity of the heat was brought to the attention of Nigerians when a free-for-all pandemonium ensued in the state’s senate that left a man’s head and jaw broken and the place in an uproar.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zM9P9nxNMA8&has_verified=1

3) Senators Showing Off Their Climbing Skills (2014):

Somehow, senators made the police force stationed in the so mad, they got locked out of the Senate house and had to climb a gate to get through; after hours of agitated discussions, persuasions and pleading.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SRsvk5vbkA

4) GEJ & iPhone 5 Legbegbe (2014):

Former president, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, threw a lavish ceremony for his daughter but many Nigerians couldn’t get over the fact that the alleged iPhone 5 souvenirs were quite extravagant, especially given the fact that Nigeria was still reeling from the shock of Chibok girls who were kidnapped by Boko Haram.

5) Oluremi Tinubu vs Dino Melaye (2016):

Dino is everything nobody really likes even though he makes up for it with his singing and theatrics. He proved himself to be a misogynist when he told Senator Remi Tinubu that he would “beat up and impregnate her on the Senate floor and nothing would be done about it”.

This was as a result of a series of clashes and altercations between them, mostly because of his (and Bukola Saraki’s) defection to PDP from APC at the time. Watch Dino trying to defend himself for something so inexcusable:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zaf3sxgvn6c

6) Senators Soliciting Prostitutes In America (2016):

Three Nigerian senators embarrassed the life out of us by their scandalous habits, wandering hands and . Samuel Ikon, Mohammed Gololo and Mark Gbillah went on a business trip ( the International Visitor Leadership Program) to Cleveland, USA, with their meandering ways and got called out for harassing their hotel housekeeper and looking for prostitutes.

Just look at their mugshot.

7) Lothario Buka Abbah Sex Scandal (2017):

Former Nigerian Senator Buka Abbah Ibrahim was caught with his pants down, literally and nobody found it palatable at all.

8) Senator Omo-Agege Kidnapping The Mace (2018):

Former Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, now Deputy Senate President, walked into a senate session with to get away with the mace, disrupting activities in the senate on that fateful day. His actions left many aghast, and even more so when he became the Deputy President of the 9th Senate.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OStFIHPD42w&has_verified=1

9) Fragile Fayose (2018):

Oh you really thought Dino Melaye was the only drama king in Nigerian politics? Nah, of course not. The former governor of Ekiti state, Peter Fayose, pulled a close second to that role while he was in office. Just take a look at the video below, where Fayose complained of his broken neck–while turning it–to see what I mean.

10) That time when Senator Abbo assaulted a woman in a sex shop (2019):

Let’s take a moment to forget the fact that Senator Elisha Abbo was spotted in a sex toy shop and totally focus on the fact that he was cocky enough to slap a woman there, thinking he would get away with it. And that’s something we will never forget.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH2Rj4j7Mq0

Honorable Mention– Dino The Musician (2016):

Dino again? Recall when I stated that he was a trendsetter? Let’s focus on his famous musical videos that got everyone talking for a longtime.

I wonder what Yahaya Bello would have to say now if he re-watches the diss video Dino Melaye made for him.

The 10 Best Nigerian Albums Of The 2010s /pop/the-10-best-nigerian-albums-of-the-2010s/ Wed, 20 Nov 2019 10:55:18 +0000 /?p=159835 The 2010s have been a defining decade for Nigerian music, with our stars pushing genre boundaries and getting global recognition. So, as the 2010s come to an end, we’ve decided to highlight 10 of the best and most impactful Nigerian albums released between 2010 and 2019.

Da Grin 鈥 C.E.O (2010)

Released a few months before his untimely death, Da Grin’s C.E.O remains the most impactful Nigerian hip-hop album of the decade. With the awe-inspiring record, Da Grin singlehandedly crafted the blueprint for many indigenous rappers, paving the way for stars like Olamide and Lil Kesh.

Asa 鈥 Beautiful Imperfection (2010)

Following a debut album as instantly iconic as Asa (Asha) was never going to be easy, but with her stunning sophomore effort, Beautiful Imperfection, Asa proved more than up to the task. The album is staggeringly self-assured and thoughtful, much like its beloved star.

M.I Abaga 鈥 MI 2: The Movie (2010)

For rappers all around the world, maintaining artistic integrity while reaching for mainstream appeal has always been a near-impossible feat, but on M.I鈥檚 sophomore album, MI 2: The Movie, the acclaimed wordsmith makes that high-wire act seem like a veritable cakewalk.

Wizkid 鈥 Superstar (2011)

One of the greatest-ever debut albums by a Nigerian artist, Wizkid鈥檚 aptly-titled Superstar introduced us to an afropop juggernaut unlike any other. Filled with more iconic tracks than it has any right to have, the album will forever be remembered as a genre-shaping masterclass.

Brymo 鈥 Tabula Rasa (2014)

Brymo has dropped a shocking number of great albums this decade 鈥 from The Son of a Kapenta to 翱峁C 鈥 but his magnum opus comes in the form of his fourth studio album, Tabula Rasa, an evocative body of work that鈥檚 flawlessly executed from start to finish.

Kizz Daniel 鈥 New Era (2016)

The strongest afropop debut since Wizkid’s Superstar, Kizz Daniel’s New Era proved the newcomer already had a maven’s grasp of the genre. Stacked with memorable singles and fantastic deep cuts, the album will go down as one of the decade’s most well-thought-out afropop releases.

Adekunle Gold 鈥 Gold (2016)

With his debut album, Gold, Adekunle Gold confidently announced himself as a breath of fresh air in Nigeria’s music scene. Thoughtfully written, vibrantly produced and wonderfully performed, Gold is the rare Nigerian album that truly deserves to be called a masterpiece.

Simi 鈥 Simisola (2017)

Simi is one of Nigeria鈥檚 greatest songwriters, and her eponymous sophomore album is all the proof you need. Her ability to pen relatable songs that capture the complexities of love in the millennial age is exactly what makes this album such an essential one.

Odunsi (The Engine) 鈥 rare. (2018)

As ridiculous as it seems in retrospect, it felt like the legitimacy of the alt茅 movement was riding on the quality of Odunsi鈥檚 debut album. While that was obviously untrue, the fantastic rare. still managed to carry the torch, thanks to Odunsi鈥檚 singular, infallible vision.

Burna Boy 鈥 African Giant (2019)

It鈥檚 only been out for a few months, but Burna Boy鈥檚 career-best LP, African Giant already feels like a decade-defining classic. On the album, we find one of Nigeria鈥檚 most gifted stars operating at the peak of his powers, both as a performer and a songwriter.

10 Of The Biggest Nigerian Celebrity Scandals Of The 2010s /pop/nigerian-celebrity-scandals-2010s/ Wed, 13 Nov 2019 18:27:11 +0000 /?p=158869

Let’s face it, the 2010s have been a hella messy decade for the Nigerian entertainment industry. So messy that even Joanne the Scammer (a messy bitch that lives for drama) would clutch her pearls and whisper, “No ma’am!” As we’re hurtling towards the end of the decade, we decided to make a list of what we consider to be the biggest Nigerian celebrity scandals of the 2010s.

1) That time Oge Okoye claimed Kenya Moore’s dogs as her own on Instagram and Kenya Moore shaded the hell out of her.

The internet was on its own in March 2017 when Oge Okoye came from nowhere and posted a picture of two dogs she claimed she just bought named Rob and Rosy. The dogs were tiny and ugly and Nigerians didn’t care much until the real owner of the dogs, reality star Kenya Moore, opened Oge’s yansh and exposed her.

It will forever kill me that she referred to Oge Okoye as “some lady in Africa.” LMAO

2) That time Skiibi faked his own death for clout and immediately got caught.

Back in 2015, upcoming artiste, Skiibi, along with his then label, Five Star Music, conspired to fake his death in what turned out to be the most-poorly planned hoax in the Nigerian entertainment history. It didn’t take long for Nigerians to clock that treachery was afoot. After he was exposed, he revealed that he only did it was so “people would see the beauty in my talent.” The only thing that annoyed me more than the hoax itself was that his label mates, KCEE and Harry Songs, didn’t advise him against doing something so stupid.

3) Tonto Dikeh’s attempt at a music career.

Much like the day Abacha died, everyone remembers where they were and what they were doing the day Tonto Dikeh dropped her abominable, heavily-autotuned debut single titled, “HI“. With the pure force of its awfulness alone, this song broke the Nigerian corner of the internet and spawned countless thigh-slappingly hilarious parodies. As damage control, she remixed the song into EDM and released this new version with a shiny music video of her and a ton of other people at a rave of some kind.

It was still terrible.

4) The Rise of Bobrisky.

Bobrisky seemingly appeared out of thin air and got everyone’s attention. Seriously, according to Google, Bobrisky was the most searched individual from October to November 2016 in Anglophone West Africa. Till this day, her popularity hasn’t dwindled. Everything she says or does is news-worthy, which of course meant that in Nigeria (a country with no LGBT rights), the press has a love/hate relationship with her.

5) 9ice, Rugged Man, and Toni Payne.

This scolding tea first hit everyone in the face when 9ice released the single “Once Bitten Twice Shy”. For some reason, people were convinced that the lines “I saw with my two naked eyes. Giving my friend nodding while the door was ajar” were about his then-wife, Toni Payne, eating Ruggedman’s penis. A rumour that 9ice did absolutely nothing to stop.

After years of anyhow diss tracks and back-handed comments, 9ice finally said out loud that Rugged Man wasn’t the person Toni Payne cheated on him with.

6) P-Square’s Split.

See ehn, anyone with the real tea on why these two split up so they could drop mediocre singles individually, hit us up. Because as you see us like this, we’re not sure. One accused the other of disrespecting his wife & kids, which led to threats being hurled all around. Then there was that alleged sub-plot of Jude Okoye threatening to shoot Peter’s wife, Lola, in front of the former first lady of Cross Rivers state, Obioma Liyel-Imoke.

A certified mess.

7) Don Jazzy VS Olamide at the 2015 Headies.

Don Jazzy’s prot茅g茅, Reekado Banks won the Headies Next Rated award over Olamide’s prot茅g茅, Lil Kesh, and it became a whole thing. Onstage later, Olamide shaded the organisers for not giving the award to Lil Kesh. After that, Don Jazzy responded by saying “Egbon Olamide, if you want the car (that’s given to the winners of the Next Rated award), come and collect it.” Olamide was pissed and told Don Jazzy never to come to the Mainland again (leemao). Dangote eventually settled their fight.

8) Kelly Handsome beefing everyone that would reply him.

Long before Azelia Banks spilled her vitriol all over the internet, there was Kelly Hansome taking shots at everyone so he could engage in a game of musical fisticuffs with anyone bored enough to reply. He did this with the Mohits crew and MI (who lyrically scalped with him with a couple of diss tracks). I think when the entire nation decided to ignore his antics was when he took shots at T-Pain for no fucking on the track, True Love.

9) Mohits split.

It was around that time “Oliver Twist” was released. There were rumours but nothing was confirmed until Don Jazzy said it himself. Mohits was no more and Dbanj had run off with Kanye West. However, from the ashes of Mohits, Mavin was born, complete with a compilation album featuring all the artistes. Which kinda makes you wonder how long they’d all known about this.

10) Linda Ikeji’s pregnancy.

“I FELL PREGNANT!” became a whole thing after Linda Ikeji said it in an attempt to explain her pregnancy gotten out of wedlock after she’d spent years telling girls to NEVER have kids for men they were not married to.

If we missed out any messy scandal you think should’ve made this list, add it in the comments! 馃憞
